Following eight successful years with Lugtons, he progressed into the role of Branch Manager while continuing to work as an active Sales Consultant - a reflection of his leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for both his clients and team. For Babak, real estate is about far more than buying and selling property - it is about people. He believes in listening, understanding his clients’ needs, earning trust, and building long-lasting relationships through honest advice, strong communication, and exceptional service. Having spent 17 years living in Auckland before making Waikato home for the past 25 years, Babak has developed extensive local knowledge and a strong appreciation for the region, its people, and its property market. Originally from Iran and married to a Kiwi, he is comfortable working across diverse cultural backgrounds and values building meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. Before transitioning into real estate, Babak enjoyed a successful 25-year career in management across retail and hospitality, including leadership roles with major nationwide companies. His experience in leading teams, customer service, performance management, negotiation, and sales has provided him with a strong business foundation and a results-driven approach that benefits his clients every day. Known for his strong negotiation skills, approachable nature, and commitment to going the extra mile, Babak is passionate about helping clients achieve the best possible result while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, Babak and his wife are small business owners and well-known members of the local community. A passionate cook, he also enjoys bringing people together through his love of food and hospitality.
