Craig has been in property sales in Hamilton, for Lugton's, for the last 27 years. Over the last 24 years, Craig has specialised in section/subdivision sales and in that time Craig has successfully marketed the Milthorpe, Grandview Heights, Bramley, Callum Brae, Huntington Park and Coleraine Subdivisions. Currently he is marketing the Huntington North, Glaisdale and Amokura Subdivisions in the Rototuna area, and in more recent times, The Meadows Subdivision, Magellan, Rivercove and Rotokauri Rise. At company and national level Craig has won numerous awards, three times being Lugton's Number 1 Salesperson for the year, recently in 2016 and 2017 he was No.3 in Lugton's, and also received in 2014 and 2015 the ARERA Agent Achiever of the Year. Since 2007 Craig has assisted with lifestyle properties. This has been very enjoyable and successful as Craig was originally from a farming background in Ngahinapouri. Craig particularly enjoys the people side of the real estate business.
