I met Anya at one of her open homes in late 2023. We put my house on the market btwn Feb-May 2024. It attracted some interest, but the market was still precarious and uncertain post-Covid and the beginning of what would be a 2-year cost of living crisis. The challenge for Anya was that while I wanted to sell, until I found the right house to buy, I didn't want my house marketed too aggressively in case it sold to soon and I was left with nowhere to live while still searching for a new home. We kept the signs up while I kept looking, with Anya bringing the odd person through too, until early 2025. It wasn't until Oct 2025 that we marketed the house actively again.
