Yvette joins us from one of the region’s leading Property Management companies having been trained and mentored by some of industries finest. With a proven track record for managing a large portfolio, Yvette prides herself on being thorough, having a strong attention to detail and exceptional management skills.

Since being with Lugtons, she has implemented processing that provides our owners with a positive experience and our team with innovative methods and genuine leadership. With her strong belief in good communication, she can build good relationships with our existing and future Landlords and Tenants. 

As the Leading Property Manager Associates rookie of the year for 2021, it is Yvette's goal to build a team that corresponds to the reputation of Lugtons as well as being one of the top property management companies in the Waikato.

Yvette has been able to successfully demonstrate practical property management skills which she has acquired through her previous roles.

She has a strong ability to work within a demanding environment and in a professional manner, combined with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to maintain effective relationships at all levels.

She has a natural ability to build good relationships with both Landlords and Tenants with a strong belief in good communication.
