Lugtons was established in 1955 by the late R.B (Bruce) Lugton and was originally known as Lugton Mills (Land) Limited. While the size and scope of the company has changed over the past 60 years, what has remained consistent is Lugtons in-depth knowledge of the Waikato Real Estate market and our goal to build the most trusted and successful Real Estate agency in our region.
Today, Lugtons Ltd is an independently owned and operated business, and has 4 offices strategically located within Hamilton and one office in Cambridge.
Our staff consists of over 65 specialist residential, residential section, and lifestyle sales people, and a strong property management division supported by highly experienced management and administration team.
