Market comments in middle (January is always a month to be very wary of to gain a picture of market activity due to the huge effect of the Christmas holiday period. Plus, the traditional low sales volumes don’t provide a great sample size to build any trends. The best indicators are probably open home attendee numbers and property enquiries; which kicked off earlier and stronger in 2026 than last year. We believe that evidence of an ever improving market with keener buyers will show up in the February numbers, still to come.)
