Traditional spring bounce did not impact sales volumes in Hamilton this September. Activity was sluggish and the Median Sale price remains subdued.

However, new listings have started to flow through strongly in October with more Auctions evident. Salespeople have noticed an increase in foot traffic to Open Homes and a pickup in multi offers.

We anticipate the numbers in October will reflect this increased activity.
