As we predicted last month the strong market activity post the Christmas break did translate into some strong sales numbers in February. Volumes were up noticeably on the previous year. The Median Sale Price was up slightly also. We have also noticed increased competition in our Auction rooms over the past 6 weeks. These positive indicators confirm a generally improving market with March well on the way to being a standout month.
