Our company protocols during COVID-19

These are the new protocols we have put into place at Lugtons in the current environment

 

At our offices

  • Team members are self isolating at home for 14 days if they or they people they live with have come back from overseas within the last two weeks
  • Team members staying away from the office if they are feeling unwell
  • Encouraging all team members who can work from home to do so
  • Implementing social distancing at work
  • Using hand sanitiser and wipes regularly in the office

 

At our open homes

  • No hand shaking or touching
  • Hand sanitiser on entry to open home
  • Agent taking full details of visitor and writing it themselves, not sharing pens
  • Asking visitors to not touch surfaces or open any cupboards
  • Wiping down surfaces after open home

 

At our auctions

  • Auction room thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each auction day
  • Hand sanitiser at reception
  • Details of all attendees taken on entering
  • Purchasers can bid by phone if they do not want to attend
  • Vendors can be seated in a private room or remain in their car in our car park

 

Please be aware things are very fluid and changing every day and these protocols may well change too.
