What was your previous background?

What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
Ability to be in charge of my own business and earning capacity. More importantly achieving successful results for my clients, and working in a positive River Road office.

What was your previous background?
I spent several years in the insurance industry in both underwriting and claims processing before moving onto area salesperson.
What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
There is a new challenge every day that keeps the job interesting. I can work my own hours and is up to me as to what financial goals are obtainable. I still enjoy meeting new people as often they become your clients for life.
What have you been able to achieve in your career?
After 22 years in this industry the highlights have been reaching number one salesperson for a previous company and consistently being in the top 5 residential at Lugton’s. I am a Lugton’s Legend Life member and have achieved top 10 status at the R.E.I.N.Z Real Estate awards for Waikato/Bay of Plenty.
How has Lugton’s assisted with building your business?
I believe Lugton’s marketing is second to none and being a leader in Auction marketing this has taught me a great deal. With continuous ongoing training through the Real Estate Results Network the Company is right up to date with the latest Real Estate trends.

What was your previous background?
My previous work history included the Banking Sector of a customer service nature plus Telecom Customer Care at an inbound call centre, which included finding communication solutions for Telecom customers.
What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
I love being in Real Estate because I can be my own boss, and when I work hard I see the results. You put the effort in and you will be rewarded.
What have you been able to achieve in your career?
I have purchased a lovely home, taken my family on many overseas holidays. Enjoyed financial freedom that I would never have had from a "wage" job.
How has Lugton’s assisted with building your business?

What was your previous background?
I held various positions in the civil service and multinational companies before developing my own publications and communications business. These different career fields have honed skills that are now well customised to selling real estate.
What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
Few other industries can match such a fantastic return on investment. To run your own business with minimal overheads whilst reaping great remuneration. There is no limit to what you can earn!
What have you been able to achieve in your career?
I have developed a wealth of real estate knowledge during my years of selling properties in Hamilton and have been able to grow a sizeable database to support a very exciting business. I take great pride in being able to build great working relationships with my clients and industry peers and creating friendships for life.

What was your previous background?
I have been a lecturer in Liaoning University of China for 10 years before I immigrated to NZ in 1998. Then I was working Ruakura Research Centre, Hamilton as a lab technician.
I was a full-time mum before I started.
What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
Challenge, opportunity and success.
What have you been able to achieve in your career?
Rookie of the year 07/08. Most Promising Salesperson 08/09 Waikato/Bay of Plenty/Gisborne Region. Consistently in the Lugton’s Top 10 residential salespeople.

What was your previous background?
I was a semi-professional cyclist for a Belgium road cycling team. On my return to Hamilton I was a Sales and Account manager for a National chemical company.
What keeps you in the Real Estate industry?
The potential to earn good money and be my own boss. This allows me to conduct my business with my own achievement goals in mind.
What have you been able to achieve in your career?
Lugton’s Rookie of the Year 2010/2011.
How has Lugton’s assisted with building your business?
Everything that I’ve wanted and/or needed has been provided for me starting from Day 1.
